Why two payments?
The profiling fee is paid when you apply — it covers real work we do regardless of outcome. The membership payment comes after, once you've received your profiling and are ready to go live.
Is the profiling fee refundable?
No. It covers dedicated time analysing your history. We verify every review against the source platform. Only apply if you have 20+ verifiable reviews and can provide authentic GDPR data to prove it.
Why does the price increase?
Early adopters take a chance on something new. Lower prices reflect that risk. As the directory proves itself, prices adjust to reflect the value.
What does “lifetime” actually cover?
Your directory listing, verified badge, profile editing, direct host contact, and annual stats refresh — all permanent, no renewals. Optional extras like re-profiling or premium features are available separately. Your core membership never requires additional payment.
